Returns and Exchanges

We hope you love everything you order from us, but don’t worry if something doesn’t quite work out. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 30 calendar days of receipt for a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached.

Returns

Fill in the return form with your reason for returning the item.

Make sure the items you return are in their original condition, tags and packaging included. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.

Pack the items in the original box (or an alternative rigid box) and stick the pre-paid FedEx label over the prior delivery information. Using the label provided will guarantee a refund in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse.

Please drop the package off at a FedEx Authorized Ship Center or FedEx Office – (or USPS).

Once your package reaches us, please allow up to 5 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. You are then welcome to return your original order for a full refund. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, we aim to process it as quickly as possible. Please note that at peak times, it may take us longer than usual to process your return, up to 21 days.

Shipping

We deliver to the United States with USPS from Monday to Saturday, except public holidays.

Please note that at peak times your order may take slightly longer than usual to arrive.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or US Territories.

Standard delivery $6

Orders placed by 1pm EST Monday–Friday will be delivered within 3-5 business days.

Priority delivery $12

Orders placed by 3pm EST will be delivered in 1-3 business day (Mon-Thurs), and orders placed after 3pm EST on Friday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.

Alternative delivery address

You can choose to have your order delivered to an address different from your billing address by choosing this option in the delivery information section at the checkout.

You can view the status of your order and track it in Order History in the My Account area.

Payment

All transactions are processed through Amazon Pay.

All transactions are encrypted for your safety, for more information about card purchases please read our Privacy policy.

Your card will be not be debited until we have shipped your order.

If the card transaction is approved, the amount will be reserved immediately and you will receive an order confirmation to your email. If the credit card transaction is not approved, your order will be cancelled. Please contact your bank or card provider if you have any questions about this.

 

Sales Tax

Sales tax is only applicable to merchandise shipped to a New Jersey address.

Coupon Codes
